Beware imagine what you eat, working on muscle tone and heart to do .... But one thing that people always give is, the orientation of the body and I do not mean a chiropractor. Search:

Here you can most of what I mean. The fact is that most of the time we are bones and joints of the body is due to our posture. Try it for 14 days, it further helps, and if not looking, then continue. It worked for me when I was in pain.

I am a neuromuscular therapist.

This type of foot pain is usually caused by tight calf muscles. The tendons of two muscles of the (twin calf and soleus) are running on the Achilles tendon in the calcaneus (heel) and plantar fascia. The tension in these muscles cause heel pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and other conditions. Note that these are symptoms not the cause of pain and to be the source of the muscle problem solving in order to alleviate the symptoms.

The earlier proposal to tackle the simple suggestions on this point, Pete Egoscue is a good idea. I recommend this book without pain, a revolutionary method for stopping chronic pain. "Its easy movement therapy exercises to restore balance and correct the problem you're experiencing. Foot pain is just an indication of higher Correct muscular imbalances in the legs and hips. The first and solve the foot pain.

If your training does not help, as fast as you want, you get someUromuscular therapy or deep tissue massage. To catch this special massage styles and awareness
to the muscles involved are redirected to. The exercises use Pete maintenance, when to relax the muscles.

go to R & D and get an x-ray. May you have a slight fracture to stimulate the bone. I did the same during the race. I ran and suddenly my heel began to bother me, and I had a bone spur and a broken heel.
